Not Just MBBS. Every Door A NEET Score Can Open.
MCC AIQ, your state CAP and the AACCC AYUSH portal — tracked in parallel, filed by us, for the whole season.
Advanced is for families whose realistic answer is not only MBBS. We shortlist across BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BSc Nursing, run AACCC alongside MCC and state counselling, cost out every private and deemed option before you commit, and give you three strategy calls plus an office visit in Pune, Mumbai or Kolkata.
Parallel alert: AACCC Round 1 choice filling closes 2 days before state Round 2 — both calendars synced
Everything in Essential, plus the streams most agencies ignore.
MCC and state form filling, choice locking and all four rounds are already included. These six additions are what make a plan “Advanced”.
AACCC (AYUSH) portal coverage
Registration, choice filling and locking on the AYUSH counselling portal — a separate calendar, separate fee flow and separate rulebook that we run end to end alongside MCC.
Allied course shortlisting
BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BSc Nursing mapped against your exact rank and category, with five-year closing ranks for each stream instead of vague “you will get something” advice.
Private & deemed fee analysis
A written cost sheet per shortlisted college: tuition, hostel, caution deposit, bond and the real total across the full course — so a ₹90 lakh seat is never a surprise in Round 3.
AIQ + state parallel tracking
One board holding all three calendars. When AACCC locking clashes with state Round 2, you get a call the day before — not a WhatsApp forward after the window shut.
Three strategy calls, not one
Three × 30 minutes with a senior counsellor, deliberately spaced: stream decision before registration, choice order before locking, and a salvage plan before Mop-Up.
Office visit included
Walk into our Pune, Mumbai or Kolkata office and sit across the table from the counsellor handling your case — included with Advanced, not “on request”.
A 380 is not a dead score. It is a different playbook.
Indicative General-category ranges from recent seasons. Your own bands are calculated from your rank, category and domicile on Call 1.
BDS
Government dental colleges move late and unevenly. We watch AIQ and state seat matrices round by round because BDS is where Mop-Up creates the biggest swings.
BAMS
Filed through AACCC and state AYUSH cells. Government BAMS at roughly ₹3–4 lakh total is often a better financial decision than a private MBGS-tier alternative.
BHMS
Wide college quality spread, so we rank by clinical exposure, hospital attachment and NCH recognition — not by whichever seat is available first.
BSc Nursing
Central institutes, AIIMS-linked and state nursing colleges have separate calendars. We file where your score is genuinely competitive and skip the rest.
Ranges are indicative and vary by category, state and season. Nothing on this page is a promise of a seat.
Three portals do not run on one calendar. Somebody has to hold all three.
AACCC is a second counselling season hiding inside the first.
AYUSH counselling runs on its own portal, with its own registration fee, its own security deposit and rounds that rarely line up with MCC. Families discover this in July, halfway through MBBS rounds, and by then a BAMS government seat window has often already closed. Advanced treats AACCC as a first-class track from day one.
- AACCC registration and fee payment tracked separately from MCC
- AIQ AYUSH plus state AYUSH cells filed where you are eligible
- Clash calendar: you are told in advance which lock comes first
Every submission is screenshotted and shared, so you always know which portal is where.
The fee is part of the decision, not a surprise after allotment.
Deemed and private colleges publish fees in fragments — tuition here, hostel there, caution deposit in an annexure, bond conditions in a circular. We rebuild the full number for every shortlisted college and put the streams side by side, so the family can see that a government BAMS seat and a one-crore deemed MBBS seat are both on the table, and choose deliberately.
- Full-course totals, not first-year sticker prices
- Bonds, deposits and hostel charges listed explicitly
- A stated budget ceiling that we never quietly cross
Three calls, placed where decisions actually happen.
One long call at the start cannot cover a season that changes every fortnight. Advanced splits your counsellor time into three focused conversations, each timed to a real decision point, with a written summary after every one.
- Call 1 — stream fit: which of the five streams are realistic, and which to drop
- Call 2 — choice order: the final sequence across MCC, state and AACCC before locking
- Call 3 — salvage plan: upgrade, free exit or Mop-Up, decided with the numbers in front of you
- Full-season WhatsApp doubt clearing with your counsellor
- Deadline alerts by call and message for all three portals
- An office visit in Pune, Mumbai or Kolkata whenever you want one
₹49,999 against the cost of choosing the wrong stream.
Figures are illustrative ranges from recent seasons, used to explain the trade-off — not quotations.
Four families out of five who buy this share one thing.
They stopped asking “will I get MBBS?” and started asking “what is the best seat my score can actually reach this year?”
MBBS is a stretch, but BDS, BAMS, BHMS and Nursing are real. You want all of them evaluated properly, not dismissed.
You have heard of AACCC but nobody has explained the separate portal, fee and calendar. We run it for you.
Before signing a ₹25L–₹1Cr commitment, you want the full-course cost of every option in writing.
You would rather sit across a table in Pune, Mumbai or Kolkata than trust a phone number. Office visits are included.
Advanced is the wrong plan if any of these is you.
₹49,999 only makes sense if you need the extra streams and portals. Otherwise we would rather sell you the cheaper plan.
You are targeting MBBS only and AYUSH is genuinely off the table — Essential at ₹11,999 already does all the form filling.
You only want cutoff data and reports to research yourself — Starter at ₹999 is the honest answer.
You want one validating expert call before deciding anything — Predictor Pro at ₹2,999 is the right bridge.
You need NRI or management-quota documentation, filing across four or more states, or reporting-day support — that is Premium.
Tell us your score, category and state.
We will tell you which of the five plans fits — including when the answer is Essential, not Advanced.
What Advanced looks like from result day to reporting day.
- Call 1: five streams evaluated against your rank, category and domicile
- Documents checked for MCC, state CAP and AACCC formats in one pass
- Written budget ceiling agreed before any private college enters the list
- MCC AIQ, state quota and AACCC registrations completed by your counsellor
- Call 2: final choice order across all three portals, then two-person verified locking
- Fee cost sheets shared for every deemed or private option on the list
- Every allotment reviewed the same day: hold, upgrade, free exit or resign
- Call 3: a written salvage plan before Mop-Up, across MBBS and AYUSH tracks
- Stray Vacancy and state AYUSH mop-up watched until you have a seat in hand

The families who needed more than one door.
“Everyone told us to wait for MBBS. Our counsellor filed AACCC in parallel and my daughter got a government BAMS seat in the first AYUSH round. We were not even registered on that portal before them.”
“We were about to sign a ₹94 lakh deemed MBBS seat. The cost sheet showed hostel, deposit and bond on top of tuition, and a government BDS option at the same rank. We took the BDS seat.”
“Three calls made the difference. The third one, right before Mop-Up, is where we changed strategy and I got BHMS in a college with a proper attached hospital instead of whatever was left.”
Full refund before MCC registration opens. 100% back if we ever miss a deadline.
Cancel any time before MCC registration opens and you get a full refund. Cancel mid-season and we refund pro-rata for services not yet delivered. Once seat allotment is finalised, the plan is non-refundable. And if we miss filing any of your forms within the official deadline — MCC, State CAP or AACCC — you get 100% back within 48 hours, no questions asked.
What families ask before choosing Advanced over Essential.
Five streams. Three portals. One counsellor who holds all of it.
MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and Nursing evaluated together — filed on MCC, your state portal and AACCC, right through to reporting day.
