2 Products & Services Eligible for Refund
For products or services with a value more than ₹25,000:
- You can request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction.
- The refund request must be raised through the official channels listed below.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
3 Non-Refundable Services
Products and services priced at ₹25,000 or less are not eligible for refund or cancellation under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, entry-level counselling plans, one-off consultations, and add-on services within this price range.
